Creamy Avocado smoothie bowl

This is a very easy to make and only you need – + 10 minutes to make everything. At the same time it’s a healthy and delicious way to start off your day.

Ingredients

Avocado

Milk or (milk of your choice)

Honey

(You can also add some green vegetables such as kale or Spinach)

Method

Slice avocado in half and place in the blender. Then pour milk in next and add some honey and blend until you have a creamy consistency. You can add more milk or water to create a thinner consistency of the mixture.

If you want a sweeter mixture you can include a banana or if you want a greener mixture add kale or spinach.

(Optional)

Sprinkle some chia seeds and blueberries

This creamy Avocado smoothie can be stored for 2 days until it starts to turn bad.
